Please inspect your order after delivery and contact info@munaid.com promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your order. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Because personalized products are made using customer-selected details, they are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind or an error in submitted personalization. This does not affect rights available under applicable law.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Items sent without approval may not be accepted. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
